We do not refund but are happy to exchange or give a store credit to use in the future. All of our electrical products come with a one (1) year manufacturer warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover,acts of God, misuse of products, water damage, incorrect voltage used or the use of plugs and /or transformers other than the ones supplied with the factory units.Damage caused by dropping or heat.We reserve the right to have the product tested and checked, then to decide to either replace or repair the unit. For exchange or swapping of goods, products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and be in a re-saleable condition. The time limit for exchange, swap or credit is strictly 14-days from receipt of goods. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED BY REGISTERED POST , AT NO EXTRA COST TO OUR CUSTOMERS. |
